CHECKS

Checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank and U.S. Currency.

Personal or Business Checks must clear before the product is shipped, therefore an extra 10 business days may be required before shipment. All checks returned for non-sufficient funds(NSF) will be assessed a returned check fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law, plus bank fees. Payment for NSF checks will be in the form of a Money Order. If a check is returned NSF, we will not be able to accept a check as payment from your account in the future.

When ordering by check:

Please remember to include all required information on the order form. Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, Product Ordering & Quantity. You may also call or e-mail us your order with name, shipping address and phone number; we will set aside your order until your payment arrives.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept MasterCard or VISA

The name of the purchaser must match the name on the credit card used for ordering. The billing address you provide must match the billing address of your credit card. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address please specify this when ordering.

* * To prevent fraud when using credit cards, we do not keep your credit card numbers on file. You must provide your credit card number each time you order.

When ordering by credit card:

Please remember to include all required information on the order form. Name, Billing & Shipping Address, Phone Number, Product Ordering & Quantity, Credit Card Type, Credit Card Number, Exp. Date, Signature & CVV2 code (last 3 numbers on signature line on back of card).

You may also fax your order to 715-425-1707 or phone your order in 715-425-7089, if the answering service picks up press #2 and leave your name & phone number and we will call you back to receive your order. Please do not leave your order on the answering service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our product, and its ability to be altered, we cannot accept returns. Exchanges will be allowed, if we have shipped the wrong product, scent or size only.

PRODUCT CATALOG

Our website is our catalog. We do not send out paper catalogs.

Orders are usually shipped within a few days of receiving the order.
Order Pick-up available by appointment only.

Shipments are sent via USPS or UPS.
The shipping address must be a street address not a P.O. Box.
Shipping is charged separately for each delivery address.
